Shipping policy
We offer three shipping options depending on the size and weight of the item:
- Pickup
- Local Delivery
- Australia Post for small items only
Pickup
Pickup is available at no extra charge.
Pickup hours are:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup details and instructions.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for medium and large items.
Local delivery covers orders from 0kg to 1000kg, with a base delivery fee of $100 for locations within a maximum 30km range from Campbellfield, Victoria.
Delivery outside the 30km range may be available by arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order or after checkout to confirm availability and pricing, as the delivery cost may vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the order.
Australia Post
Australia Post is available for small items only.
This option is generally limited to items weighing less than 2kg and suitable for standard postal delivery.
Larger, heavier, bulky, fragile, or oversized items are not eligible for Australia Post shipping and must be collected by pickup or arranged through local delivery.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size, delivery location, and courier availability.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
